Day 4: Hyperstone- Paras

I guess I have been fascinated with presentation of work more than actual jewellery pieces. And so... I am again going to write about the way the this exhibition was presented.
Dark room concealed behind a curtain, revolving torch spotlighting the walls, peep holes and walls decorated with marble, metal, plastic, pearls... No we are not in a red light district, we are in the most unique jewellery exhibition of the trip, we are viewing Hyperstone.
The torch rotated and lit up one piece at a time, although not long enough to really view the piece's details but I was mesmerised anyway. It was like a small surprise that you had to wait patiently for and in about 5 seconds the thing in front of you would be revealed. A lesson in patience. There were also small boxes on the wall with peep holes.
Anything I write about this will not really do it justice.
