Went to the Rijks Museum the other day. I found it an amazing experience especially the vast hallways and corridors that zig zag and bend into all different areas and open up to rooms filled with history and interesting pieces.
This one piece, the hexagonal maker chair I found very interesting. The chair is made hand in hand with technology and a blueprint is able to be downloaded and 3D printed into 3 different sections that can be constructed togther. I love the way the piece mimics nature in the way of the a bee hive and flows the length of the chair. With one side being flat and the other indented to create an expanse of lines and edges.
