Hidden in a back room of the Kunstarkaden gallery, Merlin had a motion picture of his processes in creating his stark, dark and bold pendants. It involves a very personal technique of taking someone's personal documents, burning them down to ash and then compressing into a dark geometric or simplistic shape, stone-like in appearance. The amazing thing is that people have to trust that Merlin is going to take their personal documents and give them a new life in a way that no one will be able to steal their identity or something! Leap of faith but worth it for the little nugget of knowledge you get to wear around your neck.
