Today we got to the Galerie Biro show at
the Villa Stuck called Glamour. The show was a collection of big names, so it
was great to see their work in the flesh. The space in which the work was
installed, the intensely decorated Villa Stuck set up a great context within
which to consider notions of luxury, decoration, preciousness, ‘glamour’,
wealth and meaning.
After the show we ate soup and sat down
forever. We needed to. Jen and I didn’t get to the Danner Rotunda, we should
have but our feet and brains wouldn’t let us go. Next time!
