Most of Mari artworks are involved nature. Mari aims is to capture the life of nature just like the way photographers do. Mari called it a "Parallel world"and that is the concept of this particular artwork. Parallel world is refer to the photograph that she toke and than convey them into jewellery pieces. Mari is using wax to capture the leaves/ flower and then caste them into jewellery.
PS: This remind me of one of my own piece that I try to capture the nature such as flowers and leaves but since I did not know about casting them into wax/ silver. I just capture them using resin.
